A VISON of Woman in Green Dress:
I keep seeing a tall Woman in a green dress, she is like a model, and has sunglasses on and a black scarf. It seems she is in New York and walking toward a red type race (expensive) car. She seems like she doesn’t want anyone to know she is leaving. She gets into the red race car.and drives away quickly.

I believe this vision represents America, the setting and green dress represented wealth, and the red car leaving quickly - very fast. Sunglasses - staying hidden, not wanting others to know she was leaving
It will go very fast.

Then I kept hearing in my spirit:
"Weak, weak, very weak. Frail, frail, frail.
It's going to fail, fail, fail.
The nation will fall.
That which once stood tall will fall, unless she turns to Me.
Unless she calls out to Me, the nation that once stood tall is about to fall.
She must call out to Me – in repentance is her security and peace.
She must call out to Me.

All the kings horses. All the kings men – they've tried, they've tried, and they've tried again...
They cannot mend that which is broken, they cannot put it back together again.
But if they will cry out to Me and turn to Me – America will see My Glory.
You must tell them this.
I cannot help them for they have turned their back on Me.
They've looked to other gods and other things for their security.
They have no power to aid.
They have no power to change.
They have turned to all other gods, but they have not turned to Me.

So now they will embrace their poverty.
If they would just turn back to Me.
Then I would restore them, and restore their prosperity.

My Church must lead the way.
She must repent and she must pray.
She must turn this nation back to Me.
For in repentance will be her peace and prosperity, and security.

This is it.
Soon they will see the final outcome, and you will know what must be done.
Go and tell them My Church
I'm counting on them to save a nation.
To save the day – if they will just repent and pray."

Two Things:
Justice and Mercy. Justice and Mercy. Justice and Mercy.
We are going to see Justice and Mercy. Justice and Mercy. Justice and Mercy.

"Mercy is for those who cry out to Me, says the Lord.
There will be mercy (I will extend mercy) for those who cry out to Me."

Those who don't - there will be justice.
Justice received according to their deeds.
Like in the court of law – they will receive their due punishment.
