We Believe God loves
you more than you can comprehend! Natural human words
are not adequate to communicate how deep, how wide and
how awe inspiring His love is for you, for His church
and for all humanity. God desires close fellowship and
relationship with you, that is why He sent His son,
Jesus Christ! He does not want you to be distant but
wants you to draw close enough to hear His heartbeat!
(2 Cor 6:16; Psalm 24:3,4; Psalms 16:11)
The Holy
Scriptures
The Holy Bible is the authoritative Word of God, inspired
by the Holy Spirit, infallible and complete truth. It
alone is the final authority for determining all doctrinal
truths.The Holy Bible shows us God's principles and
standards for living, and holds the words of eternal
life and of the Kingdom of God. (Psalm 19:7-11; Prov.
30:5; 2 Tim. 3:16; 2 Pet. 1:20-21, Matt. 4:4)
One True
Godhead
There is One God who is eternal and triune in His existence
as 3 separate persons – God the Father, God the
Son, and God the Holy Spirit – each with distinct
personal attributes, functioning as one entity. Jesus
Christ – God manifested in the flesh, is the second
member of the Godhead. God is sovereign and absolute
in His authority and rules in the Kingdoms of men. (Gen
1:26; John 1:1,2,14; John 10:30; John 15:26; Matthew
28:19, Daniel 4:17)
Man's Creation
& Fall
Man was created good by God and in God's image and likeness,
but through Adam's willful disobedience, fell, and sin
came into the world. "For all have sinned, and
come short of the Glory of God." Man's only hope
for redemption is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
(Gen 1:26; Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23).
God’s
Love & Mans Redemption
God so loved the world that He sent His only Son, Jesus
Christ, as God in the flesh to redeem mankind. He was
born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and He was manifested
to undo the work of the devil and to give His life and
shed His blood. He suffered and brutally died on the
cross, to redeem and restore man back to God (John 3;16;
I John 3:8). Jesus was buried, then on the third day
He rose from the dead, and according to the Scriptures,
ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return
again in power and glory. (I Cor. 15:3,4; Acts 1:3;
Phil. 2:5-11; 1 Tim. 2:5.6; 3:16; Mark 13;26; Heb. 1:1-3;
Rev. 19:11-16)
Jesus Christ:
The Only Way
Jesus Christ the Son of the living God, is the only
Way to God. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
No one comes to the Father except through Him. (John
3;36; 14:6; Acts 4;10-12; 1 John 5;10-13; 1 Timothy
2:5).
Salvation
We are justified by His grace through faith in Jesus
Christ. Salvation is a gift from God, not a result of
our good works or of any human effort. (Romans 3:23,24;
Gal. 2:16; Eph. 2:8,9; Titus 3:5-7)
Repentance
By acknowledging we are sinners, we must then repent
of our sins, believe in Jesus Christ's redemptive work
on the cross, death, burial and resurrection, accepting
Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. WIth repentance is
the commitment to turn away from sin in every area of
our lives, and to follow Christ, which allows us to
receive His redemption and to be regenerated by the
Holy Spirit. Thus, with repentance we receive forgiveness
of sins and salvation through Jesus Christ (Acts 3:19;
Romans. 6;23 & 10:9-13; 1 John 1:9).
Holy Spirit
Regeneration
We Believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is essential.
You must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God (John
3:3; Titus 3:5).
Sanctification
& Holy Living
Sanctification is the ongoing process of yielding to
God's Word and His Spirit in order to complete the development
of Christ's character in us. Through the ministry of
the Holy Spirit and the Word of God we are enabled by
God's grace to live a life of righteousness and true
holiness, as He commanded us. (Romans 6;22; 12:1,2;
2 Cor. 6:14-18; Gal. 5:16-25; 1 Thess. 4:1-5,7,8; 1
Peter 1:13-16, 1 John 1:5-7; 2:3-6; James 1:21-25 &
2:17-26)
Faith,
Works, & Eternal Rewards
Salvation is not by human works, but by faith in Jesus
Christ – however, we are instructed In Philippians
2:12 to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Our works will demonstrate our faith in Christ, and
our works will determine the rewards in eternity at
the believers Judgment seat of Christ. (James 2:17-26;
Romans 14:12; 2 Cor. 5:9-10)
Water Baptism
Following salvation, baptism in water by immersion is
a direct commandment and is for believers only. The
ordinance is a symbol of the Christian's identification
with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Matthew
28:19, Acts 8:36-39, Romans 6:4, Colossians 2:12)
Holy Spirit
Baptism: Promise Of The Father
As during Pentecost, the baptism in the Holy Spirit
is for all believers, who should eagerly expect and
seek the promise of the Father. The Holy Spirit was
sent by Jesus Christ after His ascension as a wonderful
gift, to empower us in life and ministry. (Matt. 3:11;
Mark 16:17; Acts 1:5,8; 2:1-4,17,38,39; 10:38,44)
Gifts Of
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is manifested through a variety of spiritual
gifts to build and edify the Church, demonstrate the
validity of the resurrection and confirm the power of
the gospel. These gifts are listed in the Bible and
may occur in various combinations. All believers are
commanded to earnestly desire the manifestation of the
gifts in their lives. These gifts always operate in
harmony with the Scriptures and should never be used
in violation of biblical parameters (Romans 12:4-8;
1 Cor. 12 & 14; Eph. 4:7-16; 2 Tim. 1:6,14; Heb.
2:4; 1 Pet. 4:10).
The Church:
Body Of Christ
The Church is the Body of Christ, God's people called
to the fulfillment of Great Commission. Every person
born of the Spirit is an integral part of the Church
as a member of the Body of believers, fulfilling God's
will in the earth by the power and guidance of the Holy
Spirit and the Holy Bible. (Matt 28:19; Eph. 4:1-6;
Gal. 3;28)
Second
Coming Of Christ
The Holy Scriptures declare – our Lord Jesus Christ returns with great power and glory. He will resurrect the saints and gather His servants, the
Church, His Bride. (Matt 24: 29-31; Titus 2:13; 1 Cor. 15:51-52; 1 Thes. 4:15-17, 2 Thes 2:1)
Jesus Christ
will return physically and visibly, to
earth to establish His kingdom and rule on earth for
1000 year with His servants. After this God will create a New Heaven
and a New Earth for His saints to be with Him forever
and ever. (Acts 1:9-11; Rev. 1:7; Rev. 19:11-16 &
20:1-7; Rev. 21)
New Heaven & Earth
Those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and
Savior, and endure, will live with God throughout eternity. (Heb.
11:16; 1 Pet. 1:4; Matt. 24:13; Rev 22:3-5).
Lake Of
Fire
Those who have not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord
and Savior (unbelievers), whose names are not written
in the Book of Life will suffer eternal separation from
God, and will be eternally tormented in the Lake of
Fire with the devil and his fallen angels. (Heb. 9:27;
Rev 20:10-15)
